Level 1 Table Official: Scorekeeper
The Level 1 Table Official course has been updated to account for the 2020 FIBA rule changes. We have decided to separate the Scorekeeper and Timer elements of the Level 1 into two mini courses. The mini courses are now more interactive to support participants in the practical elements of the role, whilst learning online. The first of these two mini courses, Scorekeeping, is now available, free, for club members.
Participants will receive a certificate and qualification for Level 1 Table Officiating: Scorekeeping upon passing the course. Participants are not required to table officiate any games to receive this award as the interactive scoresheet that is now part of the course will be enough to measure knowledge and understanding. Upon submission of the test at the end of the course, participants will be contacted with their results within 14 working days.
To register, clubs should email the course to participants and have them complete it online. Participants will be required to provide their name, email, club name and basketballscotland membership number before submitting their test answers.
If you have any questions regarding this updated course, please email email@example.com
*The Timer mini course will be available for completion in the near future.
