What if the New Worker Doesn’t Give the Club their P45?
If the new worker fails to provide a P45, or if they left their last job before 6th April 2015, they will need to fill in a ‘starter checklist’.
The club will need the starter checklist to set the worker up with the correct tax code and starter declaration on the club’s payroll software and register the worker with HMRC.
