2021/22 National Academy Squads
basketballscotland is pleased to announce the squads and coaches for the 2021/22 U16 and U18 National Academy programme. The squads will prepare for and compete in the Tri-Nations tournament against England and Wales which are set to take place in 2022.
The National Academy sets out to give our top players in each age group an opportunity to step up from the Regional Academy programme and compete with the top players in the Home Nations.
There are 14 Scottish clubs represented by players in this season’s squads.
Speaking on the squads, basketballscotland’s John Kerray commented:
“I have been so impressed by this talented group of players. They have worked so hard through adversity and with the ongoing support of their clubs and the Regional Academy programme, they will continue to improve and be a force to be reckoned with at the Tri-Nations.”
