Sign up for the opportunity to be involved in Scotland’s first ever Jr.NBA Coach Development programme!
We are looking for new coaches who are interested in developing their skills and understanding of the game of basketball.
The programme is adaptable to the individual. If you have coaches who are currently coaching teams within your club but would like some support and mentoring, then we can adapt accordingly. If you have U18 players who are passionate about the game and are keen to learn more about coaching, with the aim of assisting with teams in the future, then we can create a programme personalised to their needs.
What will you gain from being involved in this programme ?
- In person 1-1 support within their sessions.
- Virtual meetings in small groups for technical and tactical discussions.
- Gain a skills course qualification accredited and recognised by basketballscotland
- Opportunity to be a coach at the 2023/24 Jr.NBA camps and festival.
- Opportunity to coach at basketballscotland’s Regional Academy sessions.
- Access to a coach mentor for any questions and support.
- T-Shirt and whistle.
