INTERNATIONAL WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL SUMMER CAMP
It is a very exciting time for Scottish wheelchair basketball.
basketballscotland are thrilled to announce that we will be holding our first ever International Summer Camp!
Open to U14, U18 and U23 players, this week-long camp will provide participants with the experience on what being a performance player entails, while giving them the opportunity to create connections, play with people from all over and be coached by some of the best!
Players will also get an in-depth understanding of sports psychology and nutrition from a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
While the day-to-day schedule will be action packed, there will also be social time allowing players to get to know one another and create new connections with players from all over the world.
The camp, which takes place from 3rd – 7th of July, will be held at sportscotland’s Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre, which not only has top training facilities, but residential and dining too, meaning that everything you could need is under one roof. Check out the accommodation here
The week-long camp will cost £450 per player, which includes accommodation, all meals, training with specialists and camp kit.
