The Scottish Basketball Championship (SBC) All Star Game is making a welcome return to the Scottish basketball calendar. This season the event will be improved by the introduction of Minerva Innovation Group as the title sponsor. In addition, Minerva Innovation Group will sponsor the male and female MVP for the game.

Director Adam Pearce is a former Glasgow Rocks player. In fact, he still laces up his shoes in the Strathclyde League. On joining forces with basketballscotland, Pearce said:
