Competition Terms and Conditions: “Design the SBC Scottish Cup Centre Circle”
- Design Requirements:
– The centre circle will be 3.6m diameter; therefore, all design elements must fit within this area.
– Inclusion of the basketballscotland and SBC logos is preferred but not mandatory if incorporated creatively
– Original designs only; no copyrighted material is permitted.
– All submissions must be provided as an SVG vector file
- Submissions:

– All entries must be received by Wednesday 15th January 2025
- Copyright:
– By submitting your design, you grant basketballscotland the right to use it for promotional purposes.
– The winning design will become the property of basketballscotland.
- General:
– basketballscotland reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the design for practical purposes.
– Any inappropriate or offensive submissions will be disqualified.
- Privacy:
– Personal information collected for the competition will not be shared with third parties.
– basketballscotland may use your email address to contact you with news and events.
- General Terms:
– By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
– basketballscotland reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or is deemed inappropriate.
– basketballscotland’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final.
