To all Coaches
Please find information below for the next FIBA Europe Coaching Certificate – FECC – which will start in the summer of 2019.
The purpose of the FECC programme is to focus on coaches, who are working with young players. Successful coaches will attend three coaching clinics over a period of two years. The clinics are always organised in conjunction with the European Youth Championships with an examination part as the final element.
The first clinic will take place at the FIBA U16 European Championship for 7 days, plus 2 days travel. The second clinic is scheduled for the summer of 2020 at the venue for the FIBA U18 European Championship with the third and final clinic taking place in the summer of 2021 at the venue for the FIBA U20 European Championship.
To be eligible for the course coaches should…
Hold a current coaching qualification.
Be available for all the dates of the clinics.
Be prepared to self-finance their attendance. There is no participation fee, however, the cost of travel and accommodation must be covered by the participants.

You will need to convey what you have achieved within your basketball coaching and the effect it has had on basketball within Scotland.
