International Wheelchair Basketball Camp Returns for 2024!
After the success of our 2023 International Wheelchair Camp, we are excited to announce that registration for the 2024 Camp is now open!
This week-long camp, which is set to take place from July 1st– 5th, is open to U14, U18, and U23 players. It will provide participants with the experience of what it means to be a performance player while offering them the opportunity to create connections, play with people from all over the world, and receive coaching from some of the best!

I’m also delighted to share that Janet will be returning as our camp lead, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of wheelchair basketball players.”
Adding to the excitement, we are thrilled to welcome back Janet Zeltinger, a former Paralympic athlete and one of the world’s most celebrated wheelchair basketball players, as the camp leader. Zeltinger was a key pillar of the Canadian National team throughout the last decade, and her expertise and passion for the sport continue to inspire athletes worldwide. With her exceptional leadership, participants at the 2024 International Wheelchair Camp can look forward to learning from the best, refining their skills, and enjoying an unforgettable experience under her guidance.

The camp will once again be held at sportscotland’s Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre, which not only features top training facilities but also residential and dining options, providing everything you need under one roof. Check out the accommodations here.

Camp Details and Logistics
Where: The camp will be hosted at the sportscotland National Sports Training Centre in Inverclyde.
When: Monday, July 1st, 2024 (arrivals scheduled for 14:00) – Friday, July 5th, 2024 (departure at 13:00).
Cost: The cost of this immersive experience is £450 per person. Players will be invoiced by basketballscotland, ensuring a smooth registration process. Payment is due by the 1st of June 2024.
All-Inclusive Package: The registration fee covers all aspects of the camp, including accommodation, meals, and a camp kit. Therefore, players can focus solely on training and enjoyment, as all the details are taken care of.
