Notice of the 74th Annual General Meeting of basketballscotland

The 74th basketballscotland AGM will be held on Wednesday 28^th October 2020 at 7pm electronically via zoom

The formal business section (including votes on 2 Board members and a special resolution) will be followed by a question and answer session.

In order to assist with the smooth running of the AGM, could we please request that you:

• Confirm your attendance to Jane.White@basketball-scotland.com. This is important to allow us to monitor attendance and adhere to the guidelines of running an online AGM).
• Submit any questions to Kevin.Pringle@basketball-scotland.com by Thursday 22nd October. This will give everybody the opportunity to contribute, ensure your concerns are addressed and assist with the online format we are required to use this year

We will send out details of how to join the call on Monday 26th October.
