basketballscotland has created a new exciting role in our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team at an incredible time for the organisation as Coach Development Manager.

As an organisation, we are entering into an exciting phase of our development at basketballscotland as we roll out our new player development model and underpinning talent principles.

As part of this substantial piece of work we wish to fundamentally change the way we deliver our coach education and development provision at all stages of our pathway; and we see the Coach Development Manager being key to affect the necessary strategic and operational change within basketballscotland.

With the continued support from sportscotland and their Coaching Scotland programme, the role will look to capitalise on the wider and growing public engagement and popularisation whilst developing and delivering long term strategies for the sport.
