Despite not playing over the weekend, City of Edinburgh remain top of the Soho Wealth SBC Senior Women’s division with a perfect record of 4-0. Lady Rocks remain level on points, a 96-40 win over West Lothian Wolves meaning the team has also won all four of their opening fixtures. The two sides are set to collide on November 15th in what is set to be a big game for their respective title challenges.
St Mirren are the third side in the division to maintain a winning start to 19/20, currently sitting 6th with a record of 2-1. The Paisley side have overcome Sony Centre Fury and Glasgow Fever, with their single loss coming from Lady Rocks.
Perth Phoenix and Glasgow Fever both sit mid-table with two wins and two losses from their opening four fixtures. Sony Centre Fury picked up their first win of the season v Perth on Saturday, however they sit bottom of the table due to games played.
West Lothian Wolves are the only side in the division without a win, having also played a game more than the other teams. The Bathgate-based side host Edinburgh University next weekend as they search for their first victory.
