basketballscotland are delighted to announce a new partnership with Standsure Technology which will see the Scottish-based Microsoft SharePoint Specialists join forces with the National Governing Body to support the U16 Women’s National Team.
Standsure Technology will become one of the key sponsors of the U16 Women’s programme as they continue to prepare for this year’s U16 Women’s European Championships, Division C, in Moldova.
Stuart Anderson, Senior SharePoint Specialist at Standure Technology is delighted to be supporting a cause he is passionate about and said:
“I started playing basketball myself around 2002 and it’s a sport that continues to grow and provide a safe and fun place for people of all ages to go. As we know the sport is feeling the impact of government funding cuts and for a sport that I love and enjoy still to this day, it is great to be able to support. The growth of Standsure Technology in recent years has allowed the organisation me to help others achieve their goals. It’s a privilege being able to support such a good group of individuals and coaches and I wish the team lots of success in the upcoming schedule of events.
Head of Performance at basketballscotland, Barry Lang commented:
“It is with great excitement that we welcome Standsure Technology on board as a key sponsor of our National Team programme. Following a hugely successful Commonwealth Games, there is no better time to be invested in basketball and Standsure Technology’s support will ensure that younger athletes on the performance pathway can represent Scotland with distinction by supporting their preparations for this year’s European Championships, Division C competition.”
