Recruiting: Panthers Basketball Club Development Officer

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop basketball within a club environment?

Panthers Basketball Club is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to take the lead on our community programmes and club development initiatives.

Your role will be to build capacity of the club, through developing our coaches and volunteer workforce, and being an ambassador within the community to inspire young people to get involved.

You will have the opportunity to develop and deliver our Secondary School Satellite Clubs in the South Aberdeenshire catchment area (Mackie Academy, Mearns Academy and Portlethen Academy) as well as working closely with our Club Champion within primary schools.

As a club we seek to ensure that opportunities to train and play basketball are available to everyone within the community, irrespective of their age or level of ability and to inspire young people to reach their potential and gain life skills to use in and out of basketball.
