basketballscotland to host online financial support workshop
Through consultation with member clubs, basketballscotland understand that clubs face varying degrees of financial issues and uncertainty due to COVID-19.
basketballscotland’s National Development Manager, Adam Szymoszowskyj, will facilitate an interactive workshop over Zoom at 2pm this Thursday, April 2nd, to support those operating the finances at clubs throughout Scotland. Additional workshops will be delivered at a later date if demand suggests these are required by clubs.
In this workshop, which will last 30-45 minutes, Adam will look at how effective forecasting can support clubs in the future and the key challenges your club may face as a result of current financial decisions. Alongside this, Adam will advise on some pricing models and income methods that your club may wish to adopt whilst also making time for the participating clubs to share some best practice.
